According to the high-muzzle-velocity pellet launching device, high-muzzle-velocity pellet launching is carried out through the rotating flywheel; during attack, the firing ranges of pellets can be increased, the hang time of the pellets in unit firing range can be shortened, and the burstiness and the defense penetration ability are improved; when the pellets directly hit a target, the velocities of the pellets are high, and great damage is caused; and during defense, the muzzle velocity is high, so that an attacking target also can be traced and intercepted.
