The driving motor driving the air discharging valve to rotate is installed on the air discharging valve housing. A housing air discharging opening and an inner core air discharging opening are respectively arranged in peripheral side of the air discharging valve housing and the peripheral side of the air discharging valve housing inner core. Along with the rotation of the air discharging valve housing inner core, the inner core air discharging opening is communicated with the housing air discharging opening.
