Abstract

The invention relates to a coal mine vertical air shaft explosion-proof door and mainly relates to the field of the application of coal mine ventilating systems and in particular an explosion-proof door with one end fixed via a hinged way and other end equipped with a hinge hole. A reinforced concrete wall is built behind the hinged end; two ends of the upper end of the wall body are respectively provided with a fixed pulley; the explosion-proof door and a balance heavy hammer are connected via two steel ropes of the fixed pulleys; and I-shaped steel (7,8) is hinged and together with a detachable spring (1) forms a restorer for the explosion-proof door. Upon under-well explosion, pressure is released from one side with an action of blast wind; after pressure release, the explosion-proof door quickly restores with an action of the restorer; upon air reversing drill for a mining well, drill participants only need to insert a steel beam into a start end of the explosion-proof door after receiving a drill order; and the explosion-proof door can be quickly closed. The novel coal mine vertical air shaft explosion-proof door is rationally structured and possesses reliable performance, thereby meeting demands of air reversing drills and improving impact-resisting capability of the explosion-proof door.
