The method comprises the steps of acquiring the state of an illumination light source and a scalar value used for representing illumination, then comprehensively analyzing the state of the illumination light source, the scalar value and a range of the scalar value, and judging whether a cultivation apparatus is placed in a hole position or not according to the on-off state of the illumination light source and the scalar value, thereby acquiring a judgment result for whether the cultivation position has a cultivation apparatus or not more effectively and more accurately.
