The method comprises producing an original excitation signal, carrying out amplification adjustment on the original excitation signal to obtain a target excitation signal, carrying out action on a sample sensor corresponding to sample oil and a reference sensor corresponding to reference oil by the target excitation signal to obtain a sample response signal corresponding to the sample sensor and a reference response signal corresponding to the reference sensor, carrying out differential treatment on the sample response signal and the reference response signal to obtain a difference signal, carrying out amplification adjustment on the difference signal to obtain an acquisition signal, carrying out impedance detection on the acquisition signal to obtain a target impedance spectrum response signal, and carrying out computing by the pre-stored reference impedance spectrum response signal of the reference oil and the target impedance spectrum response signal to obtain a sample oil liquid quality analysis result. The method effectively improves oil liquid quality detection sensitivity and accurately acquires a change case of factors in an oil liquid.
