This invention relates to the field of
papermaking machinery and automated weighing technology, and particularly to an automatic measuring and weighing device for raw paper roll production, comprising a left weighing module, a right weighing module, a synchronous connecting rod, and a central
control unit. Both the left and right weighing modules include a rigid vibration-isolated base, a
linear motor, a self-centering support arm
assembly, a main weighing sensor, and a
reference sensor. The rigid vibration-isolated base is fixed to the ground below the conveyor track; the
stator of the
linear motor is fixed to the vibration-isolated base; the bottom end of the self-centering support arm
assembly is driven and connected to the mover of the
linear motor; the main weighing sensor is positioned on the force transmission path between the mover of the linear motor and the self-centering support arm
assembly, and is used to measure the
vertical load borne by the self-centering support arm assembly; the
reference sensor is positioned between the
stator of the linear motor and the vibration-isolated base, and is used to measure the output reaction force of the linear motor and the strain of the base.
