Problems solved by technology

The introduction of an additional microlens array increases the cost of the system
In addition, the extra two-dimensional angle information of the traditional light field microscope is at the expense of a certain spatial resolution, and there is a trade-off between the two
Existing light field microscopes generally have the problem that the spatial resolution of the image cannot meet the requirements. If the spatial resolution of the image is increased while taking into account the axial resolution, higher requirements will be placed on the photodetector device

Embodiment Construction

[0018] combine figure 1 , the programmable aperture microscope system based on the LCD liquid crystal panel of the present invention is based on two parts, one part is a microscopic imaging system 1, and the other part is a 4f system 2 comprising an LCD liquid crystal panel, these two parts are in figure 1 are marked by dashed boxes, respectively. Described micro-imaging system 1 can directly adopt existing microscope system, also can self-build, and it mainly comprises condenser lens 3, condenser lens aperture stop 4, condenser lens 5, sample to be measured 6, microscopic objective lens 7, reflection Mirror 8, and lens barrel lens 9. Wherein the light collecting mirror 3 converges the illuminating light to the condenser aperture diaphragm 4, and the size of the condenser aperture diaphragm is adjustable to control the clear light aperture of the illumination. The light passing through the sample is collected by the microscope objective lens 7, and is imaged on the image pla...

Abstract

The invention discloses a light-field imaging method for a programmable aperture microscope system based on an LCD panel. The light-field imaging method is implemented by a microscopic imaging system and a 4f system of the LCD panel, and comprises the steps of: acquiring light field subimages; determining focal lengths z which need to be calculated; conducting circulating translation on the M light field subimages acquired in the first step according to a rule; and correspondingly adding the obtained light field subimages obtained after translation according to pixels to obtain a reconstructed image with a focal length (imaging depth) at z. The light-field imaging method can achieve full resolution light-field imaging, does not have a problem of contradiction between spatial resolution and angular resolution in the traditional light-field imaging, can flexibly achieve the effect of focusing after photographing, and can directly obtain sample images of different depths through calculation without moving an object stage of the sample.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to optical microscopic imaging technology, in particular to a programmable aperture microscope system based on an LCD liquid crystal panel and a light field imaging method thereof. Background technique [0002] Traditional optical microscopes can only observe one 2D section image of a 3D sample at a time. By moving the stage, the information of different depths of the sample can be observed. However, this mechanical focusing system often requires manual operation, which is time-consuming and complicated. For many dynamic objects or rapidly changing scenes, it is often difficult to obtain image information at all depths (Jiang Zhiguo, Xue Bindang, Zhou Xiaokuan. Three-dimensional imaging technology based on optical microscope [J]. Infrared and Laser Engineering, 2006, 35) . [0003] Light field imaging is an emerging computing imaging method in recent years. The light field is a function representing the distribution of light r...
