The online backflush treatment method comprises the following steps: firstly, pretreatment: closing a suction valve, required to be back flushed, of the sieve plate, closing a valve by which white liquid flows to a central pipe, and switching to a backflush pipe; secondly, back flushing treatment: opening one suction valve, required to be back flushed, of the sieve plate, and starting to back flush the sieve plate at the backflush treatment temperature; thirdly, restoring treatment: stopping the operation of the white liquid, black liquid and steam, opening the suction valve and starting to restore normal work. According to the treatment method provided by the invention, at the initial stage of sieve plate blocking, the sieve plate can be heated to required temperature through the black liquid or white liquid through a heat exchanger, and the suction valve is closed to back flush dirt attached to the sieve plate, so that the blocking risk of the sieve plate is greatly reduced; under the conditions that the blocking of the sieve plate is solved by online backflush of the sieve plate and the influence on the yield is little, the whole process is finished.
