Problems solved by technology

[0015] But practice has proved that even in the case of a station constructed as described in DE 10 2012 016 854 A1, problems often arise in complex yarn situations when picking up the thread ends of the veil

Embodiment Construction

[0038] figure 1 Shown in a perspective view is a station 1 of a textile machine for producing cross-wound bobbins, which station has a thread suction device 21 according to the invention, which is arranged in the region of the winding mechanism 4 at the thread guide at the end of channel 6.

[0039] As is well known, such textile machines for producing cross-wound bobbins (such as automatic cross-winding machines) usually have a plurality of identical stations 1 of this type, at which stations the yarn feed bobbins 2 (usually on ring spindles) are Spinning bobbins (spinning bobbins with relatively small amounts of yarn material) produced on spinning machines are rewound into large packages of winding bobbins 5 (usually cross-wound bobbins). The finished cross-wound bobbins 5 are then transferred to the cross-wound bobbin conveying device along the machine length by means of an automatically operating maintenance assembly (for example by means of a so-called cross-wound bobbin...

Abstract

The invention relates to a workstation (1) of a textile machine for creating cross-wound spools. The workstation comprises a creel (11), pivotably mounted for holding a winding spool (5) in a rotatable manner; a roller (34), the winding spool (5) abutting the roller during winding; and a wire suction means (21), which can be applied with a negative pressure as required to pick up a veil travelled onto the surface of the winding spool (5) after interruption of the winding. According to the invention, the wire suction device (21) is fixedly disposed in a region of a winding mechanism, and has an upper molded plate (22) and a movably mounted lower molded plate (23), the lower molded plate (23) is arranged to pivot around the roller (34), that is, forming a nozzle contour to which a negative pressure can be applied between the upper molded plate (22) and the lower molded plate (23) so as to pick up the veil on the surface region of the winding spool (5).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a station for a textile machine for the manufacture of cross-wound bobbins, the station having: a creel mounted in a pivotable manner for holding the wound bobbins in a rotatable manner; rollers for winding the bobbins against this roller during the winding process; and a thread suction device of the veil, which may optionally be subjected to a negative pressure, for picking up the veil that has traveled onto the surface of the winding bobbin after the winding has been interrupted. Background technique [0002] Yarn feed packages, such as spinning packages (for example already produced on textile machines located in an upstream working process, such as ring spinning machines and having a relatively small amount of yarn material) on textile machines for producing cross-wound packages (in particular So-called automatic cross-winding machines) are rewound into cross-wound bobbins with significantly higher yarn quantities.
