For the scheduling object of minimized total weighted completion time, to-be-processed products in a buffer of the idle available batch processing machine are taken as research objects. The dynamically-changed weight is calculated according to the dynamic change condition of the number of the to-be-processed products of different product families, and the like. The product family of the top priority under the object of the minimized total weighted completion time is determined according to the dynamically-changed weight. Batching is performed according to the "at full batch principle". A first batch which is ordered according to the "first come first serve principle" is allocated with work and loads. Rolling cyclic execution is performed until the scheduling termination condition is met.
