With the adoption of the structure, when an impurity discharge barrel is filled of water, the weight of water above the eccentric shaft is larger than that of water below the eccentric shaft, the impurity discharge barrel automatically overturns under the action of the gravity, and water in the impurity discharge barrel is poured out; after water in the impurity discharge barrel is completely poured out, the impurity discharge barrel returns to the original position under the action of gravity, a switch contact is in an open state, and the impurity discharge barrel becomes a water channel. With the adoption of the device, various impurities or sewage flowing down from the collection plate originally are effectively treated in the rainwater collection process, and the following filtering efficiency is effectively improved.
