Abstract

The present invention discloses a system of detection and control of melted iron drossing on the basis of image processing. The system provided by the invention comprises: a foundry ladle containing melted iron and slags; a slag-containing basin disposed beside the foundry ladle for containing the slags; a crawler loader arranged at one side of the foundry ladle; a camera connected with a processor; a display connected with the processor and arranged at an operator's position for reflection of the drossing state of melted iron liquid level; and the processor configured to obtain image information acquired by the camera, perform analysis and process of image information, display on the display and access a drossing standard database. The present invention further discloses a method of detection and control of melted iron drossing on the basis of image processing. According to the invention, a drossing process is monitored in real time, and it is determined on line whether drossing grades reach an expected target grade or not according to a drossing standard database so that manual management is avoided, therefore drossing grades may be not misjudged.
