Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for three phenolic acid monomeric compounds in salvia prattii hemsl. The method comprises the steps of: (1) performing heat reflux extraction on the crushed roots of salvia prattii hemsl. with alcohol and combining the mixture to obtain an extraction liquid; (2) evaporating the extraction liquid at a reduced pressure to dryness to a constant weight to obtain salvia prattii hemsl.extract; (3) after dissolving the salvia prattii hemsl. extract with deionized water, extracting the extract by using petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol sequentially to obtain four parts of extract; (4) dissolving the n-butanol extract in water and eluting the n-butanol extract by a D101 macroporous resin column to obtain an eluant containing phenolic acid substances; (6) evaporating the eluant to dryness to a constant weight to obtain coarse phenolic acid extract; and (7) separating the coarse phenolic acid extract in a n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water system by adopting high-speed counter-current chromatographic equipment to separately obtain monomeric compounds of three active phenolic acid substances: caffeic acid, rosmarinic acid and rosmarinic acid. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and convenient, fast, effect and low in cost.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine phytochemistry, and in particular relates to a preparation method of three kinds of phenolic acid monomer compounds in Sage Kangding. 2. Background technology [0002] Kangding sage (SalivaprattiiHemsl.) belongs to Labiatae (Labiatae) Salvia (SalviaLinn.) plants. The genus Salvia (Salvia L.) is an important group of medicinal plants, and many plants in this genus became important medicinal plants as early as thousands of years ago. Existing data show that: Salvia genus plants contain a variety of useful secondary metabolites, such as: phenolic acids, terpenes, flavonoids and other chemical components. These ingredients have a wide range of physiological and pharmacological activities, including dilating coronary arteries, increasing coronary flow, improving microcirculation, protecting the heart, anti-platelet aggregation, improving immunity, improving the body's ability to withstan...
