Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle collision angle analysis system based on a three-dimensional reconstruction technology. The vehicle collision angle analysis system comprises a data collection module, wherein a three-dimensional laser scanner and a digital camera are utilized for point cloud data collection, the data is more accurate, and mapping processing of pictures is completed; a three-dimensional point cloud data preprocessing module, wherein data de-nosing and data reduced processing are carried out, and original data points which are redundant and have much noise are processed simply; a point cloud reconstruction module, wherein a delaunay algorithm is applied, triangulation is carried out on the data after the preprocessing, and deformed surfaces are reconstructed; a normal vector resolving module which is capable of solving normal vectors of each small triangle after the triangulation; and a vehicle collision angle analysis module which utilizes a least square method to fit a collision angle of a vehicle based on the normal vectors solved by the normal vector resolving module. According to the invention, rough collision angles in traffic accidents such as a vehicle-vehicle collision, a vehicle-human collision and a vehicle-object collision can be analyzed, and ideas are provided for morphological analysis of the traffic accidents.
