Abstract

The invention provides an array substrate as well as a manufacturing method and a display device thereof, which relate to the technical field of display. The display device can utilize light rays emitted to a nontransparent pattern of the array substrate so as to improve the utilization rate of a backlight source, thereby improving a problem that the utilization rate of a backlight source is low due to low aperture ratio. The array substrate comprises a substrate and the nontransparent pattern arranged on a light emitting side of the substrate; the array substrate further comprises a transparent microstructure which corresponds to the nontransparent pattern and is arranged on the incident light side of the substrate, and the transparent microstructure is used for changing the path of light rays irradiated on the backlight side surface in a refraction manner. The manufacturing method is suitable for manufacturing the array substrate and the display device including the array substrate.
