The PP prepolymerization reactor comprises an upper seal head, a cylinder and a lower seal head which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, wherein a material inlet is formed in the upper seal head, and a material outlet is formed in the lower seal head; a cylinder and lower seal head jacket is arranged on the outer walls of the cylinder and the lower seal head, an upper seal head cooling device is arranged on the upper seal head, and a stirring device and an inner cooling device are arranged in the cylinder. On one hand, the cylinder and the lower seal head are cooled by the cylinder and the lower seal head jacket, on the other hand, the upper seal head is cooled by the upper seal head cooling device, meanwhile, the inside of the PP prepolymerization reactor is further cooled, the heat exchange area is sufficiently increased, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, the condition that the prepolymerization reaction rate is out of control due to overheating of the PP prepolymerization reactor is prevented, and homogeneity of products after reaction is guaranteed. By means of the stirring device, materials in the PP prepolymerization reactor are uniform, the safety of the PP prepolymerization reactor is improved, the scale of the PP prepolymerization reactor is enlarged, and the product quality is improved.
