Abstract

The vehicle wheelbase detection device comprises a plurality of weighing platforms, which are arranged on the vehicle carrying platform and corresponding to vehicle wheel positions of vehicles to be stored, wherein the upper surface of each weighing platform is flushed with the upper surface of the vehicle carrying platform; a plurality of weighing sensors, which are arranged on the bottom surfaces of the weighing platforms respectively, and are used for collecting weight information of the vehicles to be stored, and converting the weight information into analog electrical signals which are then amplified and output; and a data acquisition and processing system, which is connected with the plurality of weighing sensors, and is used for receiving the analog electrical signals, calculating vehicle wheel strength center point position of each vehicle to be stored by utilizing a torque balance principle, and calculating vehicle wheelbase of each vehicle to be stored according to each vehicle wheel strength center point position.
