The fault diagnosis system comprises a fault diagnosis device, and an immune judging module added at a monitoring object; the fault diagnosis device is used for judging fault state of the monitoring object and enabling the monitoring object to transmit back a feedback signal, and judging own fault state according to the feedback signal transmitted back by the monitoring object; the fault diagnosis device comprises a control switching module, a comparator, an immune self-test module, a configuration information registering module, a programmable logical module and a plurality of input signal gates; and the immune judging module is used for judging own fault state according to the signal sent by the fault diagnosis device and transmitting back the feedback signal to the fault diagnosis device. According to the invention, by means of distributed fault detection, influence of single point failure on fault detection is reduced, and fixed redundant resource consumption in embryonic cells is reduced through dynamic configuration.
