Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a rigid transparent propene polymer (PP) industrial sheet material. The raw materials in the method comprise, by weight percentage, 55-65 wt% of PP particles, 18-23 wt% of PPR particles and 18-23 wt% of organosilicone, wherein a full automation computer is utilized to measure and control the components, and the sum of the mass percentage of the raw materials is 100 wt%. The method comprises a step (1) of mixing the PP particles and the PPR particles to form a first grade alloying; a step (2) of adding the organosilicone, performing second grade blending, and obtaining a raw material composition after uniform mixing; a step (3) of raising the temperature of the raw material composition to 130 DEG C and performing automation low temperature blending and optimized control; and a step (4) of cooling and automatically conveying the materials, performing preparation extrusion and plastification through double screws, performing extrusion molding through a neck mould and stabilizing formalization of sizes and a cooling device to obtain the rigid transparent PP industrial sheet material. The rigid transparent PP industrial sheet material prepared by the method has high rigidity and reaches 100 Shore hardness or above, the good transparency reaches 70-80%, and the rigid transparent PP industrial sheet material is widely utilized in liquid level observation positions in a chemical device and a pipeline and is involved in industrialization production.
