Temperature and humidity sensors are arranged on the side portion of the test piece box. A humidifier, a controller and the evaporator overflowing device are further arranged inside the control box. The humidifier is communicated with the test piece box. The controller feeds water inside the water tank to the humidifier through a water pipe. The humidifier is connected with the water tank through a water pipe. The evaporator overflowing device comprises cooling fins, an evaporation pipe, stainless steel frame sealing pieces and a stainless steel frame. The evaporation pipe is a bent coiled pipe. The cooling fins are arranged on the upper side of the evaporation pipe and evenly distributed at equal intervals. The cooling fins and the evaporation pipe are installed inside the stainless steel frame. The stainless steel frame and the cooling fins are connected through the stainless steel frame sealing pieces.
