The system comprises an original device parameter data acquisition module used for extracting circuit device parameter data from the CBTC system circuit situation plan, a circuit station topological graph generation module used for generating the circuit station topological graph and a circuit basic data table generation module used for automatically generating the circuit basic data table according to all the device parameter data in the circuit station topological graph.
