The method comprises steps of sampling voltage of a power grid based on preset standard frequency; respectively obtaining voltage phase positions sampled at the 1st time and voltage phase positions sampled at the 1-1 time by use of complex value wavelet transform; and calculating voltage frequency according to the voltage phase positions sampled at the 1st time, the voltage phase positions sampled at the 1-1 time and a voltage frequency weighting calculation formula. In this way, the voltage phase positions of sampling voltage can be precisely obtained by use of the complex value wavelet transform; distributed power supply harmonic interference is reduced; precision of phase position information is greatly improved; and by performing voltage frequency weighting calculation, rapid and precise measurement of frequency of the power grid can be achieved.
