According to the embodiment of the application, the combination parameters in the CSS file are combined when the combination parameters meet the combination condition, so that the compression ratio is improved on the premise that the security compression is guaranteed; and the length of the CSS file is reduced effectively, the occupied bandwidth is saved, and the network transmission can be carried out well.
