Abstract

The invention provides an imaging method and an imaging device of a structured illumination microscope. The imaging method comprises the steps of circularly switching N preset structured illumination patterns according to a preset sequence, wherein N is a preset constant; acquiring the original image of a to-be-imaged sample under each structured illumination pattern, and obtaining an original image sequence of the to-be-imaged sample; and performing image reconstruction on each original image and (N-1) original images after the former original image in the original image sequence, thereby obtaining a super-resolution image of the to-be-imaged sample. According to the imaging method and the imaging device, a super-resolution image sequence, which changes along with time, of the to-be-imaged sample can be obtained; and furthermore the time interval between two super-resolution images is equal with that between two actions in photographing two original images. Compared with a structured illumination microscope imaging method in prior art, the imaging method of the invention has an advantage of greatly improving time resolution.
