[0029] The F1 populations and 4 parents of 4 hybrid combinations planted in the apple test base of Qingdao Agricultural University (Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province) from 2009 to 2014 were selected as test materials for indoor artificial inoculation identification. The 4 populations are: 207 F1 plants of 'Jinguan'×'Fuji', 95 F1 plants of 'Fuji'×'Jinguan', 262 F1 plants of 'Gala'×'Fuji', 'Fuji'×'QF- There were 198 strains in the 2'F1 generation.

[0030] Among them, the group 'Jinguan'×'Fuji' was also used for molecular marker research of apple anthracno...

Abstract

The invention provides SSR molecular markers for identifying resistance of apple on the glomerella leaf spot. The molecular markers are S0607039, S0607001, S0506206, S0506078, S0506001, S0405195, S0405127, S0304673 and S0304011 respectively. The invention further provides primers used for multiplying the SSR molecular markers for identifying the resistance of apple on the glomerella leaf spot. The genes, resistant to glomerella leaf spot, of the apple are subjected to molecular marking through the self-designed SSR markers, so that the position of chromosomes and the genetic distance can be determined, and a tightly linked genetic map is established. The molecular marker closest to the resistance gene can be used for accurately identifying the resistance of apple on the glomerella leaf spot, so that an effective tool is provided for apple production practice and resistance breeding, and a good basis is laid for next cloning and functional verification of the resistance gene.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention provides a molecular marker for identifying apples resistant to anthracnose leaf blight and its application, which is suitable for the identification of apple resistance to anthracnose leaf blight, and especially provides early and effective resistance prediction for apple resistance breeding , belonging to the field of molecular biology. Background technique [0002] Apple anthracnose leaf blight (Glomerella Leaf Spot, GLS) is a new serious epidemic disease that has emerged in my country's apple production areas in recent years. Necrotic spots. The disease was first reported in Brazil. In 1988, Leite et al. discovered a new type of leaf spot disease on 'Gala' and 'Golden Delicious' apples in Panama, Brazil. The pathogen was identified as Glomerellacingulate (Leite et al., 1988; González E et al., 1999, 2003), named as Glomerella leaf spot (Glomerella leaf afspot, GLS), is called anthracnose leaf blight in my country. [0003] The invest...
