The system comprises a starting module, an acquisition module, an execution module and an exiting module, wherein the starting module is used for, when an operation signal of the communication apparatus is monitored by a sensor and identified as a starting action gesture instruction through a low-consumption calculation unit, recovering power supply of all elements and displaying a single-hand somatosensory operation interface; the acquisition module is used for matching information obtained by analyzing the operation signal monitored by the sensor by the low-consumption calculation unit with single-hand somatosensory instruction operation stored in a memory so as to acquire corresponding function list information; the execution module is used for executing related operations; and the exiting module is used for, when the signal monitored by the sensor is analyzed to be an exiting instruction, exiting from the single-hand somatosensory operation interface and enabling the communication apparatus to enter a power-saving mode at the same time. In addition, the invention furthermore provides a single-hand somatosensory operation method for the communication apparatus. According to the single-hand somatosensory operation method and system, software can be conveniently operated in an unstable environment in a single-hand somatosensory manner.
