The production process comprises the following steps: fur choosing, weighing, degreasing, bleaching, tanning, drying, and post-finishing; a degreasing agent, soda ash, and a salt are used in the degreasing step, wherein the degreasing agent comprises 5-90% of non-ionic surfactant, 0-30% of anionic surfactant, 0.2-2% of water-based high molecular polymer, 0.1-1% of silicone oil, 0-10% of base, 0-30% of solvent, 0-1% of chelating agent, 0-1% of preservative, and the balance of water; the bleaching step is carried out under dual actions of an oxidative dye and hydrogen peroxide; a synthetic tanning agent is used for tanning in the tanning process.
