The city park rainwater collection and treatment system consists of a purifying and collecting pond (1) which is used for primarily purifying and collecting rainwater, a reverse stop valve (2) which is positioned at the lower part of the purifying and collecting pond (1), a water storage pond (3), a connecting door (4) which is positioned at the lower part of the water storage pond (3), a penetration pipe network (5) and an irrigating spraying device (6) which is connected with the penetration pipe network (5) in sequence; central fluid in the water storage pond (3) can flow into the purifying and collecting pond (1) by the reverse stop valve (2); the water storage pond (3) is in fluid communication with the penetration pipe network (5) through the connecting door (4). The city park rainwater collection and treatment system has the beneficial effects that the rainwater collection and treatment system provided by the invention collects and treats rainwater by utilizing the existing resources of a park without the help of an external power system, and realizes after-recycling application by rainwater seepage and irrigation.
