The height of the pressure difference transducer is larger than that of a water inlet and a water outlet of the water pump; the pressure difference transducer is used for acquiring pressure difference signals at the water inlet and the water outlet of the water pump and sending the acquired pressure difference signals to the data processor; by setting the height of the pressure difference transducer to be larger than that of the water inlet and the water outlet of the water pump, impurities such as sludge and sand in water cannot easily enter the pressure difference transducer due to the gravity action, the influence of the impurities in the water on the measurement device is avoided, and therefore the measurement precision is improved.
