Abstract

The method comprises the steps of 1) manufacturing a stator assembly: fixing a permanent magnet in a casing; 2) manufacturing a rotor assembly: arranging a commutator at the non-power output end of a rotor core shaft; wrapping a wire onto the rotor core shaft to form a winding; welding the end terminal of the winding onto the pin of the commutator; arranging a voltage-dependent resistor at the non-power output end of the rotor core shaft, and fixedly welding the pin of the commutator with the voltage-dependent resistor; 3) assembling the entire motor: 31) assembling the rotor assembly inside the casing and positioning the rotor assembly at the center of the stator assembly; 32) penetrating the power output shaft of the rotor core shaft through a bearing on the front cap of the casing; 33) covering a rear cap and arranging the end tip of the commutator at an intermediate position of a positive electric brush and a negative electric brush on the rear cap; 34) fixing the non-power output end of the rotor core shaft inside a bearing hole in the rear cap.
