The label suction mechanism and the tea grabbing mechanism are both arranged on the lifting mechanism. The tea grabbing mechanism comprises a finger air cylinder. The finger air cylinder is arranged above lower dies of the preliminary pressing device. The label suction mechanism comprises a label suction cup used for sucking labels and a first rotary air cylinder enabling the label suction cup to be transferred to the position above the lower dies of the preliminary pressing device. The label suction cup is fixedly connected with the first rotary air cylinder.
