Abstract

The invention provides an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) client data caching method and system under an unstable network environment. An access request of an MES client for server non-tracking information data is processed by a client data caching module; a memory data access unit of the client data caching module receives the request, and transmits the request to a memory data caching management unit for processing; the memory data caching management unit processes the request, inquires a memory data cache, returns the requested data if the memory data cache has the requested data, and transmits the request to a memory data increment query unit if the memory data cache does not have the requested data; the memory data increment query unit accesses a server and returns the received request result to the memory data caching management unit, and the memory data caching management unit adds a data increment to the memory data cache. By adopting the method and the system, the time of access of the MES client to the server non-tracking information data can be greatly reduced; and meanwhile, the method and the system can be applied to the access requirements of each level of the system client.
