The strip-shaped heat regenerator is made through winding by a strip-shaped object; a winding center is provided with a longitudinal through hole; the strip-shaped heat regenerator comprises an inner layer, an outer layer and an intermediate layer, wherein the inner layer and the outer layer serve as inner and outer skeletons, the intermediate layer is located between the inner layer and the outer layer; the inner layer and the outer layer are formed through winding for at least one circle of the strip-shaped object respectively, and are bonded into fixed ring structures respectively; the adjacent every two circles of the strip-shaped object are bonded with each other and cannot be moved mutually; the intermediate layer is formed through winding for multiple circles of the strip-shaped object; further, a gap between adjacent every two circles of the strip-shaped object can be adjusted to be of a structure which is uniform in distribution through shake or vibration.
