Abstract

A composite vitamin ADE oil injection for veterinary use and a preparing method thereof are disclosed. Each 100 mL of the injection comprises 5 million IU to 15 million IU of vitamin A palmitate, 100 thousand IU to 800 thousand IU of vitamin D3, 1-5 g of vitamin E acetate and 0.01-0.1 g of butylated hydroxyanisole, with the balance being oil used for injections. In normal shelf life, the injection keeps a clear state and is free of turbidness, layering and other instable phenomena. Lipid-soluble vitamins are prepared into the oil injection that is good in stability, and therefore difficult problems of dissolving the lipid-soluble vitamins and keeping a clear solution state are overcome.
