The invention relates to a double voltage level compatible receiving remote control command interface circuit for a satellite, and the circuit comprises a high voltage command and low voltage command logic OR circuit formed by isolating diodes, a resistance voltage division circuit, a relay and a coil protecting circuit of the relay. The isolating diodes is connected with the command interface circuit in series, so as to play a role of isolation and protection. The resistance voltage division circuit performs voltage division on an inputted high voltage command signal, so that the actual received transient voltage and steady state voltage on the relay is less than the maximum input voltage of the same, and a low voltage command signal is directly applied to two ends of the relay coil. For avoiding the voltage of the relay coil exceeding to the rated value of the same, the relay coil is connected with a coil in parallel to protect the circuit, when the relay coil is shut off, the protecting circuit clamps the back EMF to restrain a transient effect of the back EMF. According to the invention, the interface circuit can realize a function of compatibly receiving command level of the two voltages, at least a half of relays are saved, the components of the circuit is conventional, the circuit is simple, the availability is good, and the reliability is high.
