Abstract

The invention provides a vacuum hot-pressing sintering furnace. The furnace comprises a furnace body, a hydraulic mechanism and an induction heating mechanism, wherein an upper water cooling pressure head and a lower water cooling pressure head are arranged in the furnace body, and the upper water cooling pressure head and the lower water cooling pressure head are located at two ends of the furnace body and are oppositely arranged; the hydraulic mechanism comprises an upper hydraulic cylinder and a lower hydraulic cylinder; the induction heating mechanism comprises a flange, an induction coil and a hot-pressing mould; the induction coil is mounted on the flange and the flange is detachably mounted in the furnace body, the induction coil winds the outer side of the hot-pressing mould, and the upper water cooling pressure head and the lower water cooling pressure head clamp the hot-pressing mould. By detachably mounting the induction coil in the furnace body, induction coils of different dimension specifications and hot-pressing moulds with different dimension specifications can be replaced according to different using demands, so that the range of the temperature region of the vacuum hot-pressing sintering furnace provided by the invention can be adjusted to be suitable for machining of samples with different dimensions, and the application range is expanded, and the vacuum hot-pressing sintering furnace is conveniently used by users.
