Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic test platform for high-precision ADC measurement. The automatic test platform includes a PC, a power source adapter, a high-precision ADC simulation performance integrated testing instrument, a splitter and multiple-socket / assessment board connectors. The objective of the invention is to decrease inconvenience caused by operation in manual testing. According to the automatic test platform, an ADC testing system board capable of carrying out automatic testing is designed; a high-precision DAC is adopted as a signal source to replace a sensor and a potentiometer; the main performance parameters of the ADC, such as offset error, gain error, nonlinearity, working voltage rejection ratio and common-mode input rejection ratio, are tested; a differential input mode is adopted; multi-stage PGA amplification is supported; input common-mode signals are adjustable; the power source of a tested device is digitally adjustable; and as long as the automatic test platform is connected with upper computer software through a USB, automated testing can be realized.
