According to the organic rare earth complex, a europium ion is adopted as a coordination center atom, salicylic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline serve as organic ligands, lowest triplet energy levels of the organic ligands can be well matched with the resonance emission energy level of the europium ion, the organic rare earth complex has a good light absorption property in the ultraviolet region and has a high fluorescence quantum yield under the excitation of ultraviolet light, and therefore the organic rare earth complex has a good light conversion property; it is shown through X-ray diffraction testing results that the component and structure of the organic rare earth complex are definite; the organic rare earth complex NH4[Eu(C7H6O3)4(phen)2] can adsorb the ultraviolet light with the wavelength ranging from 200 nm to 400 nm and converts the ultraviolet light into visible light with the wavelength of 618 nm.
