By the use of the product, tensile strength, shearing resistance, bending resistance, wear resistance and crack resistance of the concrete can be improved, and facture toughness and shock resistance of the concrete can be greatly enhanced. As the middle part of the steel capsule wall is made from a ceramic material and the thickness is small, it can be guaranteed that the steel capsule at the concrete cracking position can timely crack, and a structural adhesive in the steel capsule flows out and infiltrates into cracks to be coagulated. Thus, self-healing of cracks of the concrete is realized. As the position and orientation of the steel capsules in the concrete are random, cracks in all directions can be repaired and healed after the steel capsules crack. As self-compacting concrete is used as the concrete in the member, the steel capsules in the concrete can be prevented from cracking during concrete vibrating.
