The operation conditions of the rod-pumped wells in the whole block are considered, the wells to be rectified are screened out according to the evaluation criterions, the numbers of the wells are listed, the specific rectification measures are proposed for the wells according to specific problems, and the reliable technological method is provided for efficient and economical management of the wells in the whole block.
