The rapid detection method comprises the following steps: immersing a sample to be detected in an extract liquid A, extract agent B and extract product C composition according to the type of the sample to be detected, oscillating, and standing to extract phenolphthalein; taking the obtained immersion solution, and filtering the immersion solution through a micro-porous filter membrane; taking the obtained filtered solution to be detected, adding the filtered solution to be detected to a phenolphthalein detection card in a dropwise manner, observing the change of the color of test paper, preliminarily determining that the sample contains phenolphthalein if the test paper is pink, and comparing the color with a standard color gradation spectrum to realize qualitative analysis; and using a hand-held gold marking color developing instrument to carry out quantitative detection.
