On the basis of the installed capacity of the user, the method enables the load to be hierarchical, so that accurate point, line and plane load prediction is achieved; and the method can accurately guide implementation of distribution network planning, can greatly improve equipment utilization rate, reasonably controls equipment load rate and improves power supply reliability.
