As the upper-layer optimization problem of the double-layer random dynamic planning model corresponds to cost minimization in a charging period of the electric automobile group, and the lower-layer optimization problem corresponds to scheduling of a demand-side resource to realize minimum power generation cost, the true optimal bidding is realized under a precondition of considering coordination of a electricity purchasing cost of the electric automobile group and a minimum power generation cost; and as the charging strategy is determined based on the optimal bidding to schedule a electric automobile group user to adjust a charging behavior and control the charging of the electric automobile group at a suitable bidding cost, the electricity purchasing cost of the electric automobile group is reduced.
