Abstract

The circuit comprises a crystal oscillator circuit which is connected with a frequency synthesizer for outputting reference signals; a control / power supply circuit which is connected with the frequency synthesizer for inputting parameter information into a register of the frequency synthesizer through an SPI interface circuit so as to control output of the frequency synthesizer; the frequency synthesizer which is connected with a Balun circuit for outputting corresponding difference radio frequency signals according to the parameter information in the register or the reference signals; and the Balun circuit which is connected with the frequency synthesizer for converting the corresponding difference radio frequency signals into corresponding single-end signals. According to the invention, frequency, phase, size, connection and disconnection control of radio frequency signals is realized, and it is ensured that output power is large enough.
