Problems solved by technology

[0003] In the prior art, there are many devices for avoiding wrong connection of ECG leads, such as the invention patent "An Integrated ECG Electrode Sheet and Connected ECG Lead Wire Device" with the patent number 201420662600. The piece is integrated on the patient's body, but due to the difference in body size, the usability of this device is not very strong
Another example is the patent No. 201410131884.4, "A Method and Device for Judging Misconnection of ECG Leads", which provides a lead correction function for ECG records after the acquisition. This method cannot be understood by technicians in real time during the acquisition process. The connection status of the leads can only be manually judged whether the leads are connected incorrectly according to the waveform information displayed on the diagnosis and treatment equipment after the collection is completed, so as to choose whether to perform lead correction on the current ECG record

Embodiment Construction

[0053] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0054] A 6-lead misconnection detection system of the cardiac electrical axis, such as figure 1 shown, including:

[0055] The three-dimensional reconstruction unit adopts the stereo matching method of the three-dimensional reconstruction of color images to reconstruct the three-dimensional model of the upper body of the human body;

[0056] The correct placement position positioning unit, according to the reconstructed 3D model of the upper body of the human body, adaptively locates the correct placement position of the 6-lead electrode of the ECG axis on the upper body of the human body;

[0057] Identify and locate the electrode unit, identify the actual placement position and color of the 6-lead electrode of the ECG axis on the upper body of the human body, and judge whether the color of the placed electrode is correct according to the ...

Abstract

The invention provides a cardiac electric axis 6-lead wrong connection detection system and a detection method. The system comprises a three-dimensional reconstruction unit, a right attaching position location unit, an electrode plate recognition and location unit and a matching degree inspection unit. The method comprises the following steps: conducting three-dimensional reconstruction on a human body upper part three-dimensional model; recognizing right attaching regions; recognizing actual attaching positions and colors; and comparing the actual attaching positions of electrode plates, which are rightly attached in accordance with colors, with right attaching positions. According to the detection system and the detection method disclosed by the invention, the human body upper part three-dimensional model can be reconstructed by scanning an image, and the wrong connection, if any, of cardiac electric axis 6 leads can be judged, so that operating doctors, before the generation of electrocardiogram records and the printing of an electrocardiogram report, can guarantee that the cardiac electric axis 6 leads are rightly connected; therefore, the problems of collecting once again and printing once again after the generation of the electrocardiogram records can be effectively avoided. Deviation between the actual attaching positions of the cardiac electric axis 6 leads and the right attaching positions can be judged, so that a circumstance of wrong connection of the leads is avoided, and meanwhile, the re-printing of the report is also avoided; therefore, time and electrocardiogram paper are saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrocardiogram monitoring, and in particular to a system and method for detecting misconnection of six leads of an electrocardiogram axis. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of people's living standards, the number of people suffering from cardiovascular diseases is increasing year by year, and ECG is the main basis for the treatment of such diseases. As a diagnostic medical device for ECG examination, electrocardiograph is the most basic clinical requirement. The ECG record is an important basis for the doctor's clinical diagnosis. Misconnection of leads will directly affect the accuracy of the ECG record, which may lead to false positive and false negative results in the doctor's diagnosis. In the actual ECG examination, due to the negligence or inexperience of the operating technician, the lead may be misconnected, resulting in erroneous ECG records and reports. It is discarded and...
