The box type gravitational offshore wind turbine foundation with the bulkheads comprises a tower tube, a center pillar, surface layer cover concrete, a leveled sea floor surface, a box, the bulkheads, sandy soil and a foundation bottom plate, wherein the foundation bottom plate is arranged on the leveled sea floor surface; the box is arranged on the foundation bottom plate; the center pillar is arranged in the box; the tower tube is arranged on the top of the center pillar; the inside of the box is divided uniformly by the eight bulkheads; the surface cover concrete is arranged on the top of the box; and the bulkheads and the center pillar are filled with the sandy soil. By the design, an offshore wind farm can be constructed in a sea area which is good in mechanical property of shallow soil and stable in distribution, and does not have a subjacent weak intercalated layer, offshore construction procedures are reduced, and construction cost is reduced. The problems that friction piles are difficult to construct on a rock supported sea floor with a quite thin surface residual soil layer, and a rock-socketed drilling machine platform is difficultly erected to construct the offshore wind turbine foundation are solved.
