Abstract

The invention discloses environment-friendly chloroprene rubber adhesive. The environment-friendly chloroprene rubber adhesive is prepared by subjecting chloroprene rubber serving as the main raw material to plastication, adding auxiliary materials for mixing and slicing and placing the mixed and sliced chloroprene rubber into mixed solvent for stirring reaction. The chloroprene rubber adhesive comprises, by weight, 80-120 parts of chloroprene rubber (CR), 30-50 parts of resin, 6-9 parts of magnesium oxide, 1-2 parts of anti-aging agent, 0.1-0.5 part of catalyst and 350-450 parts of mixed solvent, wherein the mixed solvent comprises, by weight, 50-220 parts of cyclohexane, 90-170 parts of solvent oil and 90-250 parts of dimethyl carbonate (DMC). The environment-friendly chloroprene rubber adhesive has the advantages that the chloroprene rubber adhesive does not contain benzene, methylbenzene, xylene and alkyl chloride type high-toxicity solvent and ketone and ester type high-irritation solvent and adopts the mixed solvent formed by the cyclohexane, solvent oil and dimethyl carbonate, and the prepared chloroprene rubber adhesive is environmentally friendly, low in toxicity, low in odor, easy to use in construction, convenient in material obtaining, cheap, and easy to produce.
