Problems solved by technology

[0003] Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to reduce the temperature of the whole electronic product. At present, most of the processing methods are to add a large number of heat dissipation measures to the hardware and structural design of the whole machine to speed up the heat dissipation during the use of the whole machine, but it needs to increase a lot of design. cooling cost

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for controlling heating of an electronic product through adjusting charging current. The method is suitable for the electronic product which is not fully charged after charging equipment is inserted. The method comprises the steps as follows: (1) a temperature detection device detects a real-time temperature value on a mainboard of the electronic product at every time interval; (2) a plurality of temperature thresholds and corresponding charging current values are pre-stored into a memory of the electronic product; and (3) the detected real-time temperature value is compared with the plurality of temperature thresholds as follows: if the real-time temperature value is not smaller than the minimum temperature threshold, the electronic product is connected to the charging current value corresponding to the temperature threshold at a low temperature endpoint in a temperature interval in which the real-time temperature value is located; and if the real-time temperature value is smaller than the minimum temperature threshold, the electronic product is connected to the permitted maximum charging current. According to the method disclosed by the invention, heating of the overall electronic product is improved through adjusting the magnitude of the charging current; the service lifetime of the electronic product is prolonged; the personal safety of users is ensured; and the method has relatively high practical value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of heating control of electronic products. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for controlling heating of electronic products by adjusting charging current. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development and progress of society, the functions and performance of electronic products in today's society (including but not limited to mobile phones and tablets) are becoming more and more powerful. At the same time, the power consumption of electronic products is also increasing. Large, resulting in an increase in the heat generation of its electronic products, and the temperature of the whole machine is also increasing. The continuous increase of the temperature of the whole machine will bring many unfavorable factors, ranging from electronic product crashes or overheating to scald users, and even extreme cases may cause electronic products to explode and endanger the personal safety...
