Problems solved by technology

However, in actual use, whether it is ultrasonic transmission method or ultrasonic backscattering method, the measurement results are affected to a certain extent by the pressure and placement of the probe.
When performing backscatter detection at the calcaneus, if the probe is not tightly fitted to the ankle, the correct ultrasonic backscatter signal cannot be received; and if the pressure of the probe to the ankle is too high, it will change the thickness of the soft tissue and density also have a certain degree of influence on the detection results of the backscattered signal
On the other hand, because the bone microstructure, soft tissue thickness, and density are slightly different at different locations of the calcaneus, there are some differences in the detection results at different locations.
The above two reasons reduce the accuracy and stability of ultrasonic backscattering detection

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instrument, in particular to a back scattering ultrasonic bony diagnosis system based on array probes. The system comprises an ARM processor, an FPGA, an LCD display device, a multi-path analog-digital conversion circuit, a multi-path high-voltage separation receiving circuit, a multi-path high-voltage impulse transmission circuit, a pressure sensor detection circuit and an integrated ultrasonic probe. The back scattering ultrasonic bony diagnosis system based on array probes has following beneficial effects: the integrated ultrasonic probe is utilized for detecting bones, each small-sized ultrasonic energy converter of an array is used for activating ultrasonic pulse and receiving a back scattering signal so that bony detection of all position points is finished. Then, diagnosis results of all points are averaged by a processor such that accuracy and stability of measurement data are improved. On the other hand, a pressure sensor circuit is arranged around the ultrasonic probe array. By detecting pressure between the ultrasonic probe and a to-be-tested part, ultrasonic detection is carried out only when pressure value is within the prescribed range, thereby improving stability of a diagnosis result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and in particular relates to a backscattered ultrasonic bone diagnosis system based on an array probe. Background technique [0002] Ultrasound is considered to be a method with great potential for bone diagnosis because of its unique advantages of non-destructive, non-ionizing radiation, real-time, cheap and portable. Ultrasonic diagnostic methods of bone are mainly divided into ultrasonic transmission method and backscatter method. The ultrasonic transmission method was developed earlier and has been widely used, while the ultrasonic backscattering method has attracted more and more attention from researchers in recent years. Compared with the transmission method, the ultrasonic backscattering method has the following advantages: the backscattering method can reflect the bone microstructure information; only a single ultrasonic probe is needed for sending and receiving instead of t...
