The glider regulating device comprises an external frame and an internal frame, wherein the internal frame is mounted in the external frame in a hinged and connected manner through two short shafts; one side of the external frame is provided with a stepper motor, and the output end of the stepper motor is connected with a worm; the end part of one of the short shafts penetrates through the external frame and is provided with a worm wheel which is meshed with the worm; the internal frame is provided with a DC motor; the output end of the DC motor is connected with an oil pump; the output end of the oil pump is connected with a valve block; the valve block is provided with two oil transporting ports, one of the oil transporting ports is connected with an inner oil tank arranged in the internal frame through a hose, and the other oil transporting port is connected with one end of a turbine flowmeter through a hose; the other end of the turbine flowmeter is connected with a leather bag through a hose; and battery packs are arranged in the middle of the internal frame.
